Microscopic:
Sections show breast tissue with cystically dilated ducts and apocrine metaplasia that show proliferation of cells without atypia in the fibromuscular stroma.
Diagnosis:
Designated as "Breast mass, right side, periareolar area, 9 o,clock",, sonography guided biopsy: -Fibrocystic changes with ductal epithelial hyperplasia without atypia -No evidence of malignancy in this specimen
