Brain M.R.I. Without IV Contrast:
Protocols: Multiplanar images at different MRI sequences.
Interpretation:
> DWI restricted foci in right parietal & left temporal subcortical white matte are seen in favor of acute embolic infarcts.
> Multiple abnormal signal foci are seen in deep white matter suggestive of microvascular ischemic disease.
No evidence of space occupying lesion in supra and infratentorial structure is detected.
Cerebral ventricles and major intracranial vascular structure are normal.
Sellar and parasellar regions, orbits, optic nerves and 7/8 nerve complexes are normal.

سلام گزارش سکته هاي مغزي کوچک گزارش کرده ولي با ديدن خود عکس ميشه نظر داد
