BILATERAL MAMMOGRAPHY
A 35 years old female with positive familial history of breast cancer .
This is screening mammography and previous mammography is not available for comparison. Heterogeneaous fibroglandular tissue is noted which may obscure underlying details(breast composition :C) so sonography is helpful There is no evidence of suspicious mass, microcalcifications or any definite sign of malignancy in the breasts.
Scattered punctate microcalcificatins are noted in right breast appear bengin type .
A circumscribed margin mass infavour of benign lesions cyst or lymph node is seen in left axillary tail .Further evaluation by sonography is recommended .
High resolution US exam is recommended to exclude any hidden mass . Annual screening mammography is recommended .
BIRADS II: Benign finding
No obvious LAP is seen in both sides axillary regions
