سلام خسته نباشید، مادرم عمل مغز داشتن ، یه توده داشتن ‏Macroscopy : Specimen received in formalin consists of one piece of almost plate shape tumoral lesion M : 4x4x1.5 cm . cut section solid homogenous , whitish with Elastic consistency . SOS : M / 5 E : 20 % Microscopy : Section show tumoral lesion composed of lobules of meningeal cells with ample cytoplasm and indistinct borders ( syncytia ) with homogenous , light / gray nuclei show psudoinclusions and abundant psammomatous bodies . Mitosis figures is low , but there are tiny foci of necrosis.also few tumor nests / tongues which focally permeated to adjacent brain tissue are visible . Lab . Ref .
