سرگیجه شدید و عدم تعادل؟
سلام و عرض ادب پدرم دچار سرگیجه شد و پس از مراجعه به درمانگاه و انجام نوار قلبی سرگیجه خیلی شدید شد و با اورژانس به بیمارستان منتقل شدند در آنجا پس از MRI اینطور تشخیص دادند که مشکل مغزی نیست و با وجود گذشت چند روز از ترخیص شدن هنوز سرگیجه دارند ولی خیلی کمتر گزارش MRI به این صورت است
Dear Dr.
MRI OF BRAIN WITHOUT CONTRAST MEDIA Technique: sequence. Axial T1W SE and T2W SE sequences. Sagittal T2W SE Axial FLAIR/DWI , Coronal T2WI. Findings: Few nonspecific T2 prolongating foci are seen in periventricular and subcortical white matter of frontal parietal attribultable to microvascular ischemic changes. DWI displays no evidence of recent infarct. The gray/white matter differentiation is well maintained. There is no evidence of hemorrhage,intraparanchymal mass or midline shi No vascular abnormality is seen. The sella and pituitary and parasellar structures are unremarkable. The cerebellopontine angles,brain stem,cerebellar hemispheres,petromastoid regions and orbits are unremarkable. Impression: Normal Brain MRI. Best regards M. Shahidi MD Radiologist ft.
