LUMBOSACRAL SPINE MRI (without contrast) : Sagittal and axial TI, T2/W images through lumbar spine were performed. There is disc dehydration at lumbar region. There is disc herniation at L3-L4, L4-L5 and L5-SI discs. There is disc bulge at L1-L2, L2-L3 discs. There is spinal canal stenosis behind L5, L4 vertebrae. Visualized cord and conus medullaris and cauda equina shows normal shape and signal intensity. The bone marrow is of normal signal. Vertebral alignment is normal and paravertebral soft tissue seem normal. No evidence of intramedullary lesion or thecal sac abnormality is seen. No mass or abnormal signal is seen.
